Watch: Safe Charge Sleeves Test

The Safe Charge Sleeve E-Series is an engineered containment system intended for use with detachable lithium-ion batteries commonly found in e-bikes, e-scooters, and other micro-mobility devices. Personnel shall select the appropriate sleeve size based on the battery’s rated capacity (250 Wh to 800 Wh). When deployed correctly, the system provides effective mitigation of thermal runaway, reduces the risk of fire extension or explosion, and offers additional time for safe evacuation and coordinated emergency response. Use of the sleeves should be integrated into existing fire prevention, charging-area safety, and battery storage protocols, and personnel shall ensure compliance with applicable departmental SOPs, industry standards, and on-scene safety directives.
